A boy:
1) that will be my lover & best friend.
2) that won’t rush me into anything that I’m not ready for.
3) that will always be upfront about his feelings.
4) that has hopes, dreams, wishes, goals.
5) that won’t let me beat his ass in basketball, no matter how much I want to.
6) that will sing songs with me in the car, even if it happens to be Taylor Swift.
7) that will let me pay for our movie tickets, as long as he pays for dinner. :)
8) that will send cute texts throughout the day, letting me know that he’s thinking about me.
9) that likes me for who I am.. and how I dress. He won’t try to change me. He likes the fact that I dress comfortably and don’t like to wear make up all the time.. or wear my hair down. He likes that I wear my hair up in ponytails and wear sweatpants.
10) that introduces to me to his friends and his friends reply with “it’s good to finally meet you, we’ve heard a lot of good things about you.”
11) that likes to hang out with my friends too.
12) that wants me to hang out with my friends without him and knows that he doesn’t have to worry about me at all.
13) that will fight for me, but knows that until I ask for it, that I can stand my own ground.
14) that knows when I ask for help, I mean it. He wouldn’t let anything bad happen to me.
15) that is really easy to talk to.
16) that will keep all my secrets and tell me his, as well.
17) that will hold my hand, because it makes me feel safe.
18) that will walk on the road side of a sidewalk, because it’s the courteous thing to do.
19) that will run his hands through my hair and give me a back massage after a long day at work (knowing that i will return the favor, always).
20) that will sing to me, even if he is horrible.. because it will cheer me up, very easily.
